Why was my KYC card terminated?

Your KYC card was terminated due to multiple declined transactions caused by insufficient balance.
Please ensure you check the decline notifications we send and resolve any issues before reusing the card.

If the declines were caused by an auto-charge service:

  • Unlink the card if there aren’t enough funds to cover the payment, or

  • Cancel the subscription directly on the biller’s website to avoid further declines.

⚠️ Note: These restrictions apply only to KYC card types.


Our non-KYC cards are not subject to termination, regardless of how many declines occur.

These rules are set by the issuing bank—not by us.

To resolve this (if you have a pending balance or deposit):
Please create a new $1 KYC card. Any remaining funds from the terminated card will be automatically transferred to the new one.
