We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the decline on your card. Please note that card declines may occur due to various reasons. Here are some important points to consider:
Name and Address: Make sure that when you enter your name and address on a website, it exactly matches the information we provided you with. Even small differences can cause the card to be declined.
Special Code (3D Secure): Some websites require an additional security code called 3D Secure, some of our card does not support. Before making a purchase, ensure that the website does not ask for this code or make sure you are using one of our 3D secure card
Recurring Payments: Our non reloadable card may not be accepted for recurring payments, such as monthly subscriptions. If you're trying to set up a recurring payment and it’s not accepted. However you can try through Google Pay: Most websites have a Google Pay option. Look for it, then select it. You will be prompted to sign in through a Gmail account and also required to link your card to complete the payment. Please note that this option is not 100% effective, meaning it is still not guaranteed to accept recurring charges. However, in most cases, this has been a perfect solution for recurring purchases. Alternatively, you can get a reloadable card for recurring payments.
Enough Money: Check that your card has enough money to cover the purchase you're trying to make. Additionally, when making international purchases (non USD), there is usually a FX fee total payment fee. Make sure you have enough funds to cover both the purchase amount and the fee.
Browser Location: Some websites check the location of your browser to verify your identity. If your browser's location does not match the country of your card's billing address, the transaction may be declined. Ensure that your browser's location settings are correct.
Retry After 24 Hours: If you've checked all the above and your card still isn't working, retry after 24 hours. Sometimes, temporary issues can cause a card to be declined. Before retrying, make sure to clear your browser's cache and cookies. If the problem persists, please send us a message.
