Why is my card still showing as "processing"?

Some of our non-reloadable cards are processed manually by our online agents. If no agent is available to handle your request within a few minutes, processing may take several hours. Please contact support only if the processing time exceeds 24 hours.

Please note that only reloadable cards are processed automatically.

Our standard processing hours are from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM (WAT)
